OTET is conducted by the Board of Secondary Education, Odisha (BSE Odisha) for eligibility to teach Primary (Class 1-5) and Upper Primary (Class 6-8) in Odisha. Two papers: Paper I (Primary) and Paper II (Upper Primary). Each paper: 150 MCQs, 2.5 hours, no negative marking. Subjects: CDP, Odia (Lang I), English (Lang II), Mathematics, EVS (Paper I) or Maths & Science / Social Studies (Paper II).

Exam pattern: Offline OMR (Pen & Paper) + OTET Certificate (valid 5 years)
